Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the lenders and the agent on the refinancing of Phoenix Energy Group Ltd's bank debt facilities.

Phoenix Energy is the largest gas distributor in Northern Ireland covering almost 50% of the population, with a network constructed from low maintenance polyethylene (PE) pipes that are capable of transporting low carbon fuel alternatives including biomethane and hydrogen.
