Paul Hastings Advised Javelin on Agreements with Battery Mineral Resources

Paul Hastings LLP advised Javelin Global Commodities in connection with its entry into multiple agreements with Battery Mineral Resources Corp.’s Chilean subsidiary, Minera BMR SpA. Under the agreements, Javelin will market the copper concentrate, gold, silver, and other metals produced at the Punitaqui Plant located at the Punitaqui Mining Complex, provide a $5 million copper concentrate pre-payment, and offer advance payment terms in respect of shipments of product delivered in an amount of up to $20 million. Javelin is a global commodities marketing, trading, logistics, financing, and advisory company focused on bulk, steel, energy, green carbon, renewable fuels, and soft commodities.
