Paul Hastings Advises Eurazeo on €480 Million Private Debt Continuation Vehicle

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised global alternative asset manager Eurazeo Global Investor on the closing of its bespoke €480 million private debt continuation fund.
The transaction involved the establishment of a customized continuation fund vehicle, the implementation of fund leverage, and the purchase of a substantial and diversified portfolio of European senior credit assets originating from Eurazeo’s legacy debt fund platforms. Pantheon, a leading global private markets investor with deep expertise in credit secondaries, led the transaction.
