Constructive Investigations: Tackling Serious Allegations and Creating Healthier Organizations
Thursday, November 10 12:00 PM PST to 1:00 PM PST
Talent, staff, executives—that is, people—rightfully expect a safe and inclusive place to work. Complaints are part of the process and, if handled thoughtfully, can create a healthier organization. But, generally they send everyone into disarray— particularly when they are serious or when they involve talent or executives with power. Sometimes the investigation itself does more harm than good. This shouldn't be the case.
Please join us for a discussion about the key elements of a constructive investigation—an investigation where the problem is addressed, the organization grows stronger, and people feel good about the process and next steps.
1.0 hour of general CLE credit will be provided for this presentation.
