Federal Reserve Bank of New York Deputy Manager of the System Open Market Account Julie Remache gave a speech titled “Monetary Policy Implementation in an Ample Reserves Regime.” Remache delivered the remarks at the Fixed Income Analysts Society’s Women in Fixed Income Conference at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

 

Statement: ‘Coming Attractions From the Division of Corporation Finance’

February 13, 2026

Securities and Exchange Commission Division of Corporation Finance Director James Moloney issued a statement on upcoming rulemakings. The rulemakings include those focusing on crypto assets reform, implementing the Holding Foreign Insiders Accountable Act to require Section 16 reporting for Foreign Private Issuers as mandated by Congress, creating an option for semi-annual rather than quarterly reporting and reducing regulatory burdens from Regulation S-K, including executive compensation disclosures.

FinCEN issued a reminder to financial institutions to remain vigilant to potential relationship investment scams. The reminder was issued in support of the annual multiagency #DatingorDefrauding campaign, led by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Office of Customer Education and Outreach.

NCUA Expands Newly Chartered and Urgent Needs Grants

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA)announced the expansion of its Community Development Revolving Loan Fund (CDRLF) to more low-income-designated credit unions seeking eligibility for Newly Chartered and Urgent Needs grants. The expansion doubles the maximum award amount.
