Paul Hastings Advises CFG Partners on $225 Million Securitization

Paul Hastings LLP advised CFG Partners L.P., a consumer finance company that offers unsecured personal loans and related credit insurance products in the Caribbean and Panama, on a $225 million securitization, its fifth and largest-ever securitization transaction.

Co-chair of the Asset-Backed Finance practice Shawn Kodes led the Paul Hastings team, with assistance from associates Graham Rotenberg, Daniel Siegel and Michael Nathin.
