Paul Hastings Advises SP Media on Its Joint Venture With Lionsgate
Paul Hastings LLP advised SP Media on the formation of a joint venture with Lionsgate (NYSE: LION) through which SP Media will make a significant capital investment to co-invest in new ventures that expand and grow the Lionsgate platform. The joint venture will also extend resources toward the continuing diversification of 3 Arts and other Lionsgate businesses. Additionally, SP Media will produce independent feature films that Lionsgate will distribute.
