Century City – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented vertically integrated multistate cannabis operator and leading wholesaler of branded cannabis products, Cresco Labs, in its acquisition of Laurel Harvest Labs, LLC, for approximately US$80 million.

The transaction will add an operational dispensary with the ability to open five other dispensaries across Pennsylvania, approximately 52,000 sq. ft. of cultivation space, and approximately 52,000 sq. ft. of indoor grow/processing space.
