Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company to Partner with Medicus Healthcare Solutions

Chicago – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm is representing Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company (BPOC) in its investment in Medicus Healthcare Solutions, one of the largest locum tenens staffing companies in the United States. Medicus assists hospitals and physician groups with the recruitment and staffing of physicians on a temporary basis and is one of the fastest-growing companies in the healthcare staffing industry. The transaction closed on October 2, 2018.

The Paul Hastings team was led by partner Brian Richards, and also included partner Ziemowit Smulkowski; of counsel Holly Snow; and associates Daniel Miles and Kelly Padgett.The firm recently represented BPOC's affiliate in its sale of Paragon Medical, and has represented BPOC and its affiliates in dozens of transactions over the years.
