Paul Hastings Represents Colombian Consumer Loan Provider Credivalores in its First Follow-on Offering Under its US$150 Million Euro Commercial Paper Program

New York, NY-- Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it recently represented Credivalores-Crediservicios, S.A.S. in connection with its first follow-on offering under its US$150 million Euro Commercial Paper Program.

Credivalores is a leading non-bank provider of consumer loans in Colombia, providing non-bank credit to customers throughout Colombia who otherwise have limited access to credit.  This issuance, the first follow-on and the second under this program, represented Credivalores’ third international debt offering, following offerings in
