Paul Hastings Advises CAPZA on PIK Financing of the Shareholding Reorganization of STERIMED Alongside Management, IK Partners and Sagard

Paul Hastings (Europe) advised CAPZA in connection with the PIK financing of the reorganization of STERIMED’s shareholding structure, alongside its management team, IK Partners, Sagard, and a group of new investors brought together in a new entity named “Les Amis de Sterimed.”

Founded in 1911, Sterimed is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of medical sterilization packaging. Sterimed develops, produces, converts and markets various types of ready-to-use packaging solutions for both hospitals and medical device manufacturers.
