Paul Hastings LLP is advising 2U (Nasdaq: TWOU), a leading online education platform company, in the refinancing of its term loan, which includes extending the term loan and securing new capital from current stockholder Greenvale Capital LLP and The Berg Family Trust through the issuance of $147 million in principal amount of 4.5% senior unsecured convertible notes due 2030 for cash proceeds of approximately $127 million.
