Paul Hastings Advises Atlas Holdings, Stryten Manufacturing in Agreement to Acquire C&D Trojan

Paul Hastings LLP advised Atlas Holdings and its portfolio company Stryten Manufacturing in an agreement to acquire KPS Capital Partners portfolio company C&D Trojan. The transaction will create a scaled platform to advance global battery manufacturing and deliver comprehensive energy storage solutions across critical markets.
