Paul Hastings Advises Baird and Lake Street in Amaero’s Initial US Public Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised Baird as lead book-running manager and Lake Street as an additional book-running manager in connection with Amaero Inc.’s (Nasdaq: AMRO) pricing of its initial U.S. underwritten public offering. Amaero has also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 705,882 shares of its common stock at the initial public offering price.
