Paul Hastings Advises Blackfuel on the Launch of its European Operations

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Blackfuel, a platform specializing in AI compute infrastructure and inference services, on the launch of its operations across Europe.

Paul Hastings has advised Blackfuel since its inception on all legal matters relating to its development, and in particular on legal and equity structuring, financing and the implementation of its commercial agreements and inference capacity reservation model — from colocation and compute systems supply agreements to long-term capacity commitments with its customers.
