Paul Hastings Advises Blackstone, Ares and PSP in the Debt Financing for Thoma Bravo’s $6.6 Billion Acquisition of Stamps.com
New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm represented Blackstone Credit, Ares Corporation and PSP Investments Credit II USA LLC on the debt financing in connection with Thoma Bravo’s definitive agreement to acquire Stamps.com for $6.6 billion.
Leveraged Finance partners Michele Cohen and Shekhar Kumar led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Danny Choi; of counsel Kristopher Villarreal; and associates Mitchell Zuckerman, Annie Zhao, Phillip Chang, and Ara Dungca.
The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2021, subject to customary closing conditions, including approval by Stamps.com stockholders and receipt of regulatory approvals.
