Paul Hastings Advises Deutsche Bank in Heelstone Renewable Energy’s $200 Million Credit Facility

Paul Hastings LLP advised Deutsche Bank AG as sole lead arranger in a $200 million senior secured corporate credit facility for Heelstone Renewable Energy, a premier U.S. utility-scale renewable energy platform. The facility will accelerate Heelstone’s transition into a fully integrated independent power producer and further strengthen its ability to deliver an expanding portfolio of renewable energy projects across the U.S.
