Paul Hastings Advises Eurazeo and Ekoscan Integrity on Acquisition of Contrôle Mesure Systèmes

Paul Hastings LLP advised Eurazeo and Ekoscan Integrity Group, a technology company specializing in nondestructive testing and composite repair of critical infrastructure, on the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Contrôle Mesure Systèmes Group, as well as its subsidiaries Contrôle Mesure Systèmes SAS, Sofratest SAS and CMS Inc., a company providing nondestructive testing solutions using eddy current and ultrasonic technologies.

Private Equity partner Charles Cardon led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Charles Filleux-Pommerol and associates Cécile Janicot, Laetitia Mingarelli and Amaury Steinlin.
