Paul Hastings LLP advised Francisco Partners, a leading global investment firm that specializes in partnering with technology businesses, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Command Alkon, a leader in software and platform technology for the heavy building materials industry, from software-focused investment firm Thoma Bravo.
