Paul Hastings Advises Link Mobility on Acquisition of SMSPortal

Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised Link Mobility, a global provider of mobile messaging solutions, on the acquisition of SMSPortal, a market-leading provider of application-to-person (A2P) messaging services.

The Paul Hastings team included partners Anu Balasubramanian, Jamie Holdoway, Jane Song and Arun Birla, of counsel Chetan Sheth, and associates James Waite, Jee Yoon Chung and Elise Wu.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
