Paul Hastings LLP advised TD Securities (USA) LLC, BMO Capital Markets Corp., CIBC World Markets Corp., Lloyds Securities Inc., Standard Chartered Bank and the other managers in connection with the U.S. Rule 144A and Regulation S offering by The Toronto-Dominion Bank of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.197% Covered Bonds, Series CBL 84, due 2029.
