Paul Hastings Advises Mavik in DC’s Largest-Ever Office Conversion

Paul Hastings LLP advised Mavik Capital Management, a next-generation, multistrategy investment firm, in connection with the issuance of a mortgage loan backed by a mixed-use property in Washington, D.C. The transaction represents the largest office-to-residential conversion outside of New York and involves the largest-ever CPACE loan.
