Paul Hastings Advises May River Capital on Sale of Dickson

Paul Hastings LLP advised May River Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on investing in lower middle-market industrial growth companies, on the sale of its portfolio company, Dickson, to Copeland, a portfolio company of Blackstone.

Private Equity co-chair Brian Richards and of counsel Courtney Tully led the Paul Hastings team advising on the cross-border transaction, with members in the U.S. and France, including partners Ziemowit Smulkowski, Stephane Henry and Camille Paulhac, of counsel Dan O'Neil and associates Esma Djokovic, Faven Getahun, Melissa Hui, Moussa Mbodji, Alexandre Ruiz and Colin Wetmore.
