Paul Hastings Advises Mubadala Capital in Connection With Crusoe’s $3.9 Billion Series F Funding

Paul Hastings LLP advised Mubadala Capital as co-lead investor in Crusoe’s $3.9 billion oversubscribed Series F funding round. The latest round brings Crusoe’s expected valuation to more than $30.9 billion and will be used to scale the company’s vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform.
