Paul Hastings LLP advised Stifel and Needham as joint book-running managers on Viavi Solutions’ (Nasdaq: VIAV) approximately $557.2 million underwritten public offering of 12,777,777 shares of its common stock at a price of $45 per share. The offering closed on May 21, 2026.
