Chicago – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, announced today that it advised Dynapower, a portfolio company of Pfingsten Partners, in its $580 million sale to Sensata Technologies, a leading industrial technology company and provider of sensor-rich solutions and insights.

A global leader in energy storage and power conversion systems, Dynapower is a foundational addition to Sensata’s clean energy solutions portfolio. The acquisition will enable Dynapower to further expand its global footprint, invest in new technologies and markets, and accelerate the scaling of its business.

The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2022, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
