New York – Paul Hastings LLP, a leading global law firm, represented Wells Fargo Bank, National Association as the lead arranger of $650 million of ABL financing for Chatham Asset Management’s $2.3 billion acquisition of R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co.

The financing for Chatham Asset Management’s acquisition of R.R. Donnelley also included a $666.7 million incremental term loan arranged by Jefferies.
