16th Annual Employment Discrimination Seminar hosted by ERS Group: "Employment Discrimination: Economic & Statistical Evidence"

Kenneth Willner, Partner in Paul Hastings Employment department, is a guest speaker at the 16th Annual Employment Discrimination Seminar, hosted by ERS Group, in cooperation with Paul Hastings. The seminar is entitled, "Employment Discrimination: Economic & Statistical Evidence."

The seminar will be held in Washington, DC at the Park Hyatt Hotel on Thursday, April 16 and Friday, April 17, 2009.

Mr. Willner will speak on both days of the seminar in three sessions: Choosing and Working with the Expert, Getting the Report, and The Use, Misuse and Abuse of Statistics - Learning from Courtroom Experience, in which he will participate with plaintiff attorney Michael Lieder of Sprenger + Lang and ERS Group economists Drs. Mary Baker, Sharon Kelly, Janet Thornton and Paul White for an interactive session featuring a mock expert report.
