The Catalyst Awards Conference offers opportunities for Catalyst members and professionals from around the world to share knowledge and participate in workshops and panel discussions with the countrys leading experts on critical issues of inclusion and womens advancement.

Andrea Jung, Chairman and CEO of Avon Products, Inc., will deliver the luncheon keynote address.

The Catalyst Awards Dinner is the signature event for Catalyst and its many supporters. Each year close to 1,600 attendeesincluding CEOs from preeminent organizations around the worldgather to honor the Catalyst Award-winning initiatives at a gala dinner at which Catalyst presents its Catalyst Award and celebrates these extraordinary programs that result in the recruitment, development, and advancement of women in the workplace.
