2014 Significant Cases & Current Trends in Intellectual Property

Friday, February 21 4:00 PM BST to 5:00 PM BST

Paul Hastings presents an intellectual property lunch seminar led by U.S.-based Litigation partner Robert Masters, Global Vice-Chair of Intellectual Property.

Over the past several months, the United States Supreme Court has taken an unprecedented interest in intellectual property law. The impact of these Supreme Court cases as well as additional upcoming Federal Circuit decisions has the potential to change the landscape of U.S. intellectual property law.

Mr. Masters will review significant developments in the area of intellectual property in 2013 with a specific focus on what court cases to watch in 2014. The focus will take a look at significant Supreme Court and Federal Circuit cases pending and which cases to watch as each presents an important intellectual property issue for decision. In addition, Mr. Masters will highlight some of the developing market trends and key legislation in intellectual property, and answer any questions you may have.

This seminar is a part of our client training program, open to our selected clients and professional friends. If you wish to attend, please RSVP as instructed in the right-hand column. Please note we have limited space for the seminar and will accept registrations on a first-come-first-served basis.DATEFriday, February 21, 2014
