ABA's National Institute on Internal Corporate Investigations and Forum for In-House Counsel

Kirby Behre, partner in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings, will be a moderator at the American Bar Association’s Sixth Annual National Institute on Internal Corporate Investigations and Forum for In-House Counsel.

This program will provide practitioners with expert advice on current topics of interest to regulators, legislators, business leaders, general counsel and other stakeholders. Using a risk-based approach, the Institute concentrates on emerging issues. The upcoming Institute will provide a special emphasis on internal investigations related to cyber security issues and data breaches, the role of audit committees, and compliance best practices.
