ACFA's 2014 Continuing Legal Education Weekend

The membership of the Association of Commercial Finance Attorneys (ACFA) consists of attorneys in private practice and with corporations whose areas of practice emphasize matters of factoring, asset-based lending, bankruptcy and creditor problems in general. 

ACFA's annual continuing legal education weekend (CLEW) is scheduled for May 15-18 in Bedford Springs, Pennsylvia.

On May 17th, Paul Hastings Counsel Jennifer Hildebrandt will present on the Intercreditor Issues and Unitranche Loans panel. The presentation will cover a) issues relating to intercreditor agreements, including drafting issues and cases regarding the enforcement of intercreditor agreements in bankruptcy cases, and b) the advantages and disadvantages of unitranche loan accompanying "agreements among lenders" and recent developments in the terms of such loan documents.
