Paul Hastings partner Joseph Profaizer is a featured speaker on Thursday, November 1, 2012 during the general session at 10:40 am to discuss "Direct Disputes."

This session will explore how arbitrators can become involved in direct insurance disputes. This session will also survey procedural issues that arise in direct disputes but which are not typical in reinsurance disputes. This session will also outline the types of substantive issues that frequently arise in direct disputes.
