Collective Bargaining and Labor Policy Developments Tighten Options for Employers

The PRC Labor Contract Law is under revision. New regulations standardizing the process for employee representation in collective bargaining just took effect. A recent national labor union conference advocated for greater income distribution. The rapid change of Chinas labor policy environment continues, prompting companies to again evaluate their corporate policies to ensure both compliance and cost effective human resource strategies.
