Please join us for a complimentary all-day employment law seminar in our San Francisco office on January 11, 2017. Our employment team will focus on the most recent developments in labor and employment law and their implications for employers with operations in California.

The seminar will provide up to 5 hours of MCLE credit, including 1 hour of Elimination of Bias credit.

Pay Equity and Gaps: How to Approach the Challenge. Understanding and addressing pay equity issues, including most prominently the “gender pay gap,” which is a board-level and C-suite priority that is getting national attention. We will focus on defining the evolving legal constructs and alternative analyses governing pay discrimination in key jurisdictions; outlining a privileged approach to defining litigation risks and other pay gaps; and providing a process for developing an effective mitigation strategy going forward.Speakers: Tammy Daub, Ken Gage, Jon Geier
