Research suggests that creating a bias-free, inclusive workplace is good for business. Catalyst knows that men have a critical role to play in diversity and inclusion efforts, especially within initiatives designed to eliminate gender bias. Yet too often men are not aware of, or engaged in, the important role they play, and are therefore an untapped resource. To address this gap, Catalyst has embarked on a new series of research called Engaging Men in Gender Initiatives, offering evidence-based advice about effective ways for women and men to partner in ending gender inequalities at work.

Deborah Campbell, Director, Catalyst, will present briefly on the research, followed by a discussion with executives from leading organizations on their personal experience as, or engaging, male champions of gender equality within their organizations. We are very pleased to feature the following panelists:

Thomas Newton BollingManaging Attorney, Regulatory Affairs Continental Airlines, Inc.

Greg NitzkowskiManaging Partner, Paul Hastings
