Entering and Exiting Investments in China: Trends and Challenges in 2015

Last year was a solid year for the China M&A market in both value and the number of transactions. This year, the pace is set to continue. However, as valuations pick up, and the A-share market has reopened, investors who have been holding Chinese assets are looking at ways to exit their profitable investments.
