ERS Group presents an enhanced 2 1/2-day presentation featuring AAP professionals, attorneys, economists, and industrial psychologists to discuss how to prepare for an OFCCP audit and how to respond to one as well as fundamentals of employment testing and how to draft a complete and compliant AAP.

Paul Hastings partner, Jon Geier, will speak on April 14. In addition to providing an update on current enforcement trends and developments at the OFCCP under its new leadership, Jon will discuss strategies for responding to an OFCCP Compliance Evaluation. Jon will also cover applicant tracking and other record-keeping obligations, and pay equity analysis. Labor issues and enforcement are key priorities of the Obama administration and the OFCCP's recent budget request demonstrates how critical it is that every contractor gets their compliance program in shape now.
