Yar Chaikovsky, Partner and Global Co-Chair of Paul Hastings’ Intellectual Property Litigation Practice, is proud to speak at the Federal Circuit Bar Association 2021 Bench & Bar® conference, taking place virtually on June 21-25, 2021.  The conference explores leading-edge topics relevant to Federal Circuit practice, and features insights from Federal Circuit, government, and district judges, as well as star appellate litigators and in-house lawyers who are experts in their respective fields.
