IBA Conference in Hong Kong

Paul Hastings is supporting the International Bar Association’s 3rd Asia-based International Financial Law Conference in Hong Kong on 8-9 March 2018.

Our Partners will be speaking alongside General Counsel’s from Alibaba, Tencent, Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Commission, and Mapletree, amongst others, on the following topics:

• Evolution of online payment systems and lessons for Asia;

• Maximizing shareholder value: the new age of shareholder activism; and

• REITs and infrastructure funds in Asia: challenges and outlook.
