Get tips on insightful trial preparation straight from the bench. Two judges, one from state court and one from federal court, will review the many tasks that must be accomplished to prepare a case for successful trial. These include calendaring deadlines, lining up witnesses, expert witness designations and depositions, organizing exhibits, and preparing for a jury trial.
