M&A Academy: Emerging Topics in Broadcast Regulation and Dealmaking

The Paul Hastings Global Mergers & Acquisitions Practice will host a complimentary M&A Academy program that will review current and anticipated regulatory changes affecting the media, wireless, and telecom industries, with a particular emphasis on their impact on M&A and financing structures and opportunities in the space.
Topics will include developments in broadcasting, foreign investment in telecom, and the anticipated spectrum auction. This is intended for both legal and business professionals.
