Practical Implications on PTAB Practice Following SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu

On April 24th, the Supreme Court of the United States issued two long-awaited decisions in SAS Institute Inc. v. Iancu and Oil States Energy Services LLC v. Greene’s Energy Group regarding AIA patent reviews. The SAS Institute decision has some immediate ramifications on practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Please join The South Asian Bar Association of Washington, D.C. (SABA-DC) and Paul Hastings' panelists, Naveen Modi and Chetan Bansal, on May 15 for an engaging panel discussion.
