Mr. Antonipillai serves as Counselor to Secretary Penny Pritzker, with the Delegated Duties of the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs. He has played a key role in a number of the Department's top priorities, including co-leading the United States negotiating team in reaching agreement on the new E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield with the European Commission, and on the issues of privacy, cybersecurity and encryption, and a number of other digital economic issues.
