The PTAB Bar Association Annual Conference will be held virtually on September 23-25, 2020. Daniel Zeilberger, IP Associate, is serving as co-chair of this year’s conference and IP Partners Joe Palys and Naveen Modi are speakers. Joe Palys will participate on a panel titled “An Elegant Weapon for a More Civilized Age:  Petitioner Strategy” on September 23 and Naveen Modi will moderate a discussion with Andrei Iancu, under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the USPTO on September 24.
