Quarterly Workplace Harassment Prevention Training Webinar for Supervisors

California law requires employers that do business in California and have 50 or more employees (regardless of where those employees are located) to provide two hours of harassment prevention training to all new California supervisors who supervise any employee(s) within six months of the supervisor's hire (or promotion) date and then every two years thereafter. To ensure that your company meets this requirement, Paul Hastings has developed a quarterly interactive webinar that your company's supervisors conveniently may attend by telephone and Internet from their offices, homes or conference rooms. The webinar is fully compliant with the current regulations promulgated by the California Fair Employment and Housing Commission. Our next session will take place on:

Time: 9:00-11:00 a.m. PDT

There is a $150 charge for each participant you enroll. After you have enrolled your participants, please sign the agreement on the registration page and also have each participant sign it. Please send us the signed copy, which protects the proprietary nature of the webinar materials. After we have received the registration information and signed agreement, we will email the webinar materials and the dial-in and Internet instructions for each participant to you on or before Monday, June 16. You are responsible for providing this, in hard copy, to each participant.

Please also provide the participant with a copy of your company's anti-harassment policy, and require the participant to read and acknowledge receipt of your company's anti-harassment policy. You should instruct your participants to log onto the website and dial in 15 minutes before the start of the session on June 18 to ensure that the session starts on time. Participants must remain on the call and website for the full two hours in order to fulfill California's two-hour requirement. We will retain and supply to you an electronic record of each participant's attendance. We also will send you a letter that confirms each participant's attendance as demonstrated by our electronic records. CLE credit will be available.

Paul Hastings' Financial Hardship Policy:Paul Hastings offers discounts to attend any fee-based program based on financial hardship.
