Victoria Cundiff and Jeff Pade, partners in the Intellectual Property Practice of Paul Hastings, are proud to present at the the 2021 Sedona Conference on Developing Guidelines for Trade Secret Issues, taking place virtually on June 21st and 22nd from 12pm to 4:30pm ET both days. Victoria and Jeff join a distinguished faculty of federal judges and leading trade secret litigators to discuss current and future trends in trade secret law and litigation. In addition to serving as conference co-chair, Victoria will also be joining the panel, “Tailoring Remedies to the Misappropriation: Equitable Relief, Damages, or Both.” Jeff will be speaking on the session Trade Secret Issues Across International Borders. Specific topics to be addressed include: proper identification of asserted trade secrets in misappropriation lawsuits; employee life cycle relating to trade secrets; equitable remedies in trade secret litigation; monetary remedies in trade secret litigation; protecting trade secrets in litigation; governance and management of information security and trade secrets; and extraterritorial reach and cross-border discovery in patent litigation and trade secret litigation.
