The US-China Business Council (USCBC) presents the China 2010 Business Climate Projections Conference

USCBC's fall conference in Shanghai will feature expert presentations on important operational trends for doing business with China in the upcoming year. Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce Chair Sha Hailin will discuss Shanghai's commerce and trade objectives for 2010 and beyond.

At 11:30 am, Paul Hastings Employment Law partner Lesli Ligorner will discuss "Emerging Issues in Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) Compliance." As a number of significant cases this year have highlighted the increasing complexity of complying with FCPA regulations, Lesli will note lessons learned from her recent experience with such cases in China.
