USC Gould School of Law presents its 2013 Tax Institute on January 28-30 in Los Angeles. On Monday the 28th at 6:00 pm, Paul Hastings partner Alexander Lee and Wells Fargo Managing Director Thomas Lane are featured speakers on the panel Tax Aspects of Financing the Deal."

Learn about the most common tax issues that arise in financing deals and how they are impacted by business aspects of deals viewed from the perspectives of both a bank executive and a tax practitioner. Understand how business issues particularly collateral packages, assignments and syndications, and debt coverage ratios affect the negotiation of credit facilities and structuring deals.
