On August 26, 2020, partner Tara Giunta will participate in a webinar hosted by the Criminal Justice Section of the American Bar Association, titled “Data Analytics in Anti-Corruption Compliance.”
Integrating data analytics and machine learning into compliance programs is a natural evolution to shift programs to a maturity level that is needed to keep up with the evolving demands of U.S and International regulatory agencies. As the DOJ and other regulators continue to aggressively enforce the ABAC/ FCPA rules by imposing sanctions on corporations and individuals, there is a significant incentive for companies to self-report misconduct, fully cooperate with the DOJ's investigation, and timely and adequately remediate their compliance programs. This webinar will explore how robotic process automation (RPA), machine learning and other advanced analytics methods can help reenergize compliance programs.
